MOUNT TYPES
Inside mount: Inside mount requires at least 2 inches frame depth. For easier installation, usually the shade width should be at least 1/4 inch smaller than the window width. Choose the exact WINDOW INSIDE width and height to place order, we will reduce 0.25”on the order width when making the shade, so the final shade you get will be 0.25″ less than your order width. If your window frame depth is less than 2 inch you can choose outside mount.
Outside mount: For better coverage, if there is enough space, usually the shade width should be 3″ to 6″ larger than the window outside width, shade height should be 5″ to 10″ larger than the window outside height, choose the FINAL SHADE width and height to place order, we will make NO deductions.
The hardware is attached in the package and it is good for inside mount and outside mount.
INSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT:
Step 1. Measure the inside frame width at three locations-top, middle, and bottom. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and use that number as the width when ordering.
Step 2. Measure the height at 3 locations-left, middle and right side. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and use the number as the height when ordering.
OUTSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT:
Step 1. Measure the outside frame width adding 6-10inch to be the outside mount width.
Step 2. Measure the outside frame height adding 5-10inch to be the outside mount height.
The overlap recommended is to allow appropriate coverage and avoid any light gaps.

When you place order please leave your exact window width, height and other requirements, the shade can fit your window better if you can leave more accurate size, it will also expedite the delivery. If you are not confident with the size or color, please only order one blind for test.

For example, if your window inside are 35.5″W by 40″H, please choose WINDOW SIZE 35″W , width fraction 1/2 and 42″H to place order, we will reduce 0.25”on the order width when making the shade, so the final shade you get will be 35.25″W(from bracket to bracket, fabric will be 34.05″W) by 42″H.
④ OUTSIDE MOUNT: For better coverage, shade width should be 3″ to 6″ larger than the window outside width, shade height should be 5″ to 10″ larger than the window outside height. For example, if your window outside including frame are 35.5″ W by 40″ H, shade should at least be 39″ W by 45″ H, please choose width 39″W and height 45″H to place order, the size you ordered will be the final shade size, we will make NO deductions.
⑤ ATTENTION: Shade width is the total width including all bracket which takes up 0.6” on each side, so the actual fabric width will be about 1.2″ smaller, it will let light come in from the top and both sides if you choose inside mount.
