Fiberglass non skid rug backing may be applied to new and old rugs. Simply brush the back side of a rug with a thin, even coat of fiberfill. Two thin coats are better than one heavy application. Fibered will appear transparent when it is dry and ready to re-coat. Ideal for latch hook rugs, punch rugs, wall hangings, and bottom of Slippers.
Machine washable and dryable
Cleans up with soap and cold water
